We are looking for a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Generalist – Strategy and Operations. This role offers a front-row seat to company-building and provides the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader on key initiatives across product, technology, operations, brand, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Support: Assist senior leadership in developing and implementing strategies across product, tech, operations, brand, and growth
• Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities
• Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex business challenges
• Project Management: Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and prioritisation
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support informed decisions and operational improvements
• Communication: Coordinate between teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
• Innovation: Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance overall efficiency and business outcomes

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of experience; open to fresh graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, SQL, Figma)
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take full ownership of responsibilities

Career Path:

This role is designed as a launchpad into key strategic and business functions.

In 12–18 months, you may transition into roles in Product, Strategy, or Business Operations.
In 36–48 months, you may apply for top-tier MBA programs or move into senior roles within the organisation.
