We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as an Assistant Manager to manage our funder relationships, partner tools and impact assessment mechanisms for our microfinance division.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with our institutional partners (domestic and foreign), High Networth Individuals and everyday lenders while actively seeking out new partnerships to expand business portfolios.
  • Conduct regular field visits across India to assess operational integrity and alignment with our SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to ensure seamless experience for our partners using our loan management system.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as loan publication, repayment reminders, and progress updates, aligning efforts with customer service and tech teams.
  • Oversee loan assignment, follow-up, and review processes, providing constructive feedback to volunteers, fellows and others involved.
  • Work closely with Finance leadership to plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursements
  • Prepare social impact reports of our programs for leadership and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a external/client facing role in relationship banking, consulting, business development.
  • Demonstrated interest to work in financial inclusion, social impact space.
  • Past experience and understanding of Salesforce application
  • Strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and partnership-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated with clarity on future career path and how this role would help towards that.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
