Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams, government officials, and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and milestone delivery

Event Management

• Plan and manage public events, launches, and official workshops
• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and VIP protocol management

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison with government departments and partners
• Prepare and submit official documents for approvals and clearances
• Follow up on required permissions and maintain audit-ready records

Budget & Compliance Tracking

• Track project expenditures and align them with approved budgets
• Maintain financial records and assist in processing payments to vendors
