As the head of product you will lead the product team and build customer-first product, designing great user experiences and building scalable platforms. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our strategy, driving the execution of the product roadmap, and ensuring the product aligns with goal of the company. 

Your role will involve –

• Design and oversee product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals.
• Collaborating with various executive teams, including designers, developers, sales, marketing and operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to innovate and optimize the product.
• Implement strategies to enhance internal efficiencies across teams.
• Establish data-driven decision-making culture to guide product development and measure success

You’re a good fit if:

• Proven track record in navigating “0 to 1” environments, driving clarity amidst ambiguity.
• You have 5+ years of direct ownership in managing a full product life-cycle.
• Involvement in planning and implementing features for the mobile app.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into actionable insights, especially using SQL.
• Proficient in design principles, collaborate effectively with designers or possess strong design skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
