GUJARAT - BPL Scheme​

Eligibility: Patients falling under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) who reside in Gujarat can avail the benefits of this scheme. Patients receiving treatment in both Public & Private hospitals are covered for the following treatments:

This health insurance scheme covers medical expenses up to ₹5 lakh per family per year, including hospitalization, surgeries, and critical illnesses. 

 

This scheme can be availed in the hospitals directly. The funds will be transferred directly into the hospital’s account on a reimbursement basis This scheme can be used on top of other eligible schemes. 

GUJARAT - SC and ST Scheme​

Eligibility: Patients receiving treatment in Public & Private hospitals and belonging to the SC/ST category of residents in Gujarat are eligible to apply for the benefits under this scheme. The following treatments are covered under the scheme: 

 

  • Type of Transplants Supported: Kidney, Liver
  • Aspects of Treatments Supported: Dialysis, Pre-transplant Workup costs, Transplant Surgery
  • Cost of Donor Organ Retrieval Surgery Covered: Yes

 

This health insurance scheme covers medical expenses yearly, including hospitalization, surgeries, and critical illnesses. 

 

This scheme can be availed in the hospitals directly. The funds will be transferred directly into the hospital’s account on a reimbursement basis This scheme can be used on top of other eligible schemes. 

GUJARAT - LIG (Low-Income Group) Scheme​

Eligibility: Patients of General Category (All) under the income of ₹2 lakhs residing in Gujarat and receiving treatment at Public or Private hospitals can apply to receive the benefits under this scheme. The treatments covered are: 

 

  • Type of Transplants Supported: Kidney, Liver
  • Aspects of Treatments Supported: Dialysis, Pre-transplant Workup costs, Transplant Surgery
  • Cost of Donor Organ Retrieval Surgery Covered: Yes

 

Patients can receive up to 50% concessions in cardiac treatment.

 

This scheme can be availed in the hospitals directly and multiple times. The funds will be transferred directly into the hospital’s account on a reimbursement basis This scheme can be used on top of other eligible schemes. 

GUJARAT - CM Relief Fund​

Eligibility: Patients from the General category (All) residing in the state of Gujarat and receiving treatment from Public or Private hospitals can apply for the benefits under this scheme. The treatments covered are: 

 

  • Type of Transplants Supported: Kidney, Liver
  • Aspects of Treatments Supported: Dialysis, Pre-transplant Workup costs, Transplant Surgery
  • Cost of Donor Organ Retrieval Surgery Covered: Yes

 

Patients can receive up to ₹1 lakh or up to 28.5% of the treatment cost for kidney-related treatments and ₹4 lakh or up to 30.7% for liver-related treatments.

 

This scheme can be availed in the hospitals directly and at one-time only. The funds will be transferred directly into the hospital’s account on a reimbursement basis This scheme can be used on top of other eligible schemes.
